As the Office Manager of GRI Education's Negombo Branch, Shimla is responsible for overseeing the branch's daily operations, leading the student counselling team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring every student receives an exceptional experience from their initial enquiry through to their successful arrival overseas. She remains up to date with changing admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and immigration policies, enabling her to provide accurate and reliable guidance to students.
